History
MTac was set up by Pam Barrington in 2000, a College lecturer, Verifier and External Verifier who identified unfulfilled opportunities in the training market, she specialised in the Business sector, in particular accounting and transport, MTac moved into the security market in 2001. Pam Retired to take up her passion for dancing whilst still working for a number of colleges.
In 2007 Oliver Kolontari Joined Mtac with the aim of developing the business in terms of short courses and to extend the NVQ range for the benefit of both individuals by obtaining the qualifications but more importantly making an impact on business, improving the business through waste reduction and increased efficiency. It achieves this through mentoring, coaching, consultancy and a range of management and business training courses.
Having spent many years in both industry and the educational establishments shortfalls were noted in both the approach to the learning and the benefits to the organisation, we aim to address these issues.

Oliver Kolontari
Oliver Has spent many years in management covering Many business sectors from Food, Assembly, manufacturing, electronics, education Institutions and service industries.
Having excellent communication skills and a style that allows him to be motivational and able to communicate at all levels effectively to get results.
As a training specialist he is able to use knowledge and experience to relate to issues and problems helping individuals to overcome obstacles to achieve outcomes
In the 2005 Oliver spent 5 years working for a subsidiary of the American Conglomerate Danaher, as part of an improvement and management specialist to help turn a failing business into a thriving and buzzing successful enterprise. This was achieved through Business Improvement Techniques and a common sense approach to business upskiling and system and product improvements, with a strong influence on Quality.

In company training, for numerous companies.
Deliver level 3 courses for MGTS, EEF training providers.
Qualified to Degree in Business and HNC in Engineering Oliver is a qualified Assessor, Verifier and Teacher who worked for Dudley College for 4 years delivering a range of programs from Engineering, Business and Quality for a number of different training providers.
Oliver is a efficiency focused based on a QDC felocify (Quality Delivery Cost - focus on the customer) a competent communicator who is capable of creating cultural change using a systematic and people orientated systems of work through training and education.
He has also been a volunteer mentor for new unsustainable buinesses
Trevor Wing
Trevor is a hands-on continuous improvement consultant, with a breadth of skills, knowledge and experience gained from working within industry, local government and the service sector.
Trevor's “Change Delivery Programmes” benefit from his strategic career in manufacturing, where he successfully implemented improvement initiatives including:
The design and delivery of in-company lean programmes
Leadership and delivery of supply chain development programmes
Efficiency improvements in service delivery
Implementation of changed working practices
Project management of substantial change programmes
With a practical approach, Trevor has a natural ability to gain the trust of staff ‘on the ground'. Working closely with them, he fosters their knowledge and abilities to identify appropriate changes and ensure successful implementation and delivery of changes.
With over 35yrs manufacturing experience and a varied career in an industrial environment, Trevor demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of operations management and performance improvement. His experience spans from a formal engineering apprenticeship where he obtained a HNC in mechanical engineering, through to senior management.
During the 1980s, Trevor was involved in a number of performance improvement initiatives within the aerospace industry, giving him expansive experience of process improvement, performance measurement, communications and team working.
Trevor's consultancy career began in 1998 when he joined the engineering business support team at Coventry University . He was responsible for the delivery of continuous performance improvement programmes within various manufacturing companies across the UK . He studied lean manufacturing techniques at Coventry University and obtained his post-graduate diploma in manufacturing management (merit) in 2000.
His appointment at the West Midlands Regional Development Agency in 2000 saw Trevor design an improvement model for delivery to companies across the West Midlands . The objective was to improve performance and create employment within the region.
Trevor formed his own company T J Wing and Company Limited in January 2003; the company is successful and has a substantial client base. Trevor is currently working in a number of industrial sectors where he applies appropriate and well-tested methods of performance improvement.
Trevor has been successful in delivering improvement programmes to a number of organisations, with positive results. Whilst the programmes are based on the tools and techniques of lean manufacturing, the programmes are equally successful in construction, distribution and logistics companies.
Trevor is customer focused, with good communication and organisational skills. His successful style of delivery is one of leadership, coaching and mentoring - founded on his experience of delivering change modules within many different cultural environments.
